Overview
On 26 December 2015, a 6.3 magnitude earthquake struck Afghanistan and Pakistan.
Estimated damages in Pakistan have been revised down from initial reports to 90 people injured (most with minor injuries), 3 reported casualties (2 in FATA and 1 Gilgit Baltistan) and 12 houses damaged.
The Government has not requested international assistance. OCHA is in contact with national and provincial disaster management authorities, and continues to monitor the situation.
