An earthquake of 8.1 on Richter scale with epicenter in Hindu Kush struck on 26th October, 2015.
As per Pakistan Meteorological Department about 119 aftershocks with magnitude of 2.2-5.3 Richter scale have been recorded.
5x helicopters are continuously providing relief assistance.
So far 94 aerial sorties have been flown.
3 x relief camps and 27 relief distribution points established.
As per NHA, all National Highways are opened for traffic.
All health facilities are functional and providing emergency health assistance.
Armed forces have provided 4x Medical teams to augment the existing resources.
Verification process of the earthquake affectees is in progress.
NDMA teams are present in Malakand Division to oversee relief operation.

So far 44,642 tents, 56,451 blankets, 6,694 plastic mats, 994.53 tons of food packs, 22,000 tarpaulins, bottled water 14 tons, 49 water filter plants,117 generator sets and 27 tons of medicines have been sent as part of national relief efforts for the earthquake affectees.
KP has provided compensation for 217 dead and 311 injured while Punjab has provided compensation for 5 dead, GB has provided compensation for 14 dead and 16 injured,
FATA has provided compensation to 28 dead and 143 injured.
