4. Significant Events.A flash flood was reported in Gamba, Tehsil Aliabad, District Skardu, Gilgit Baltistan on 2 September 2016 at 1900 hours. No loss of life was reported due to timely evacuation of population by local administration, however, 12 x houses were partially damaged.
5. Road Situation (NHA and Respective Provinces). All roads across the Country are clear for all types of traffic.

7. Preliminary Losses / Damages Reported.
a. 15 x houses partially damaged in Gamba, Tehsil Aliabad, District Skardu, Gilgit Baltistan due to a flash flood on 2 September 2016.
b. 3 x deaths were reported in District Lahore due to heavy rains.

8. Relief Provided
a. 15 x Tents, Food Hampers 30 (15 Kg each), 16 x Blankets, 10 x Plastic Mats and 15 x Oil Stoves were provided by GBDMA to flash flood affectees of Gamba, Tehsil Aliabad, District Skardu.
b. Overall details of relief provided during Monsoon Season 2016 are at Annex D.
