◾Heavy rain has been affecting the country over the past few days causing floods. Approx. 70 mm of rain in 24 h were recorded in Sargodha (Punjab province) over 17 - 18 July.
◾According to local media reports, as of 17 July, five people have been killed and eight have been injured as well as several people have been left without power in the capital city Lahore (Punjab province).
◾Over the next 24 h locally moderate to heavy rain may affect several areas of the country, including the ones already affected.
